mem property Management had just started managing our condo building a few months before we moved in last July. Although we do not know what living in the building was like pre-mem, we've had such a positive experience working with them so far. Rosa and Anthony are always very timely with responses to questions, emails, and requests, e.g. homeowner's related items prior to closing. Anthony assisted me with questions regarding our quarterly assessment and was nice enough to waive the late fee when there was a misunderstanding regarding whether we could pay monthly vs. quarterly (I thought the former when it was actually the latter). The building itself has been well maintained - the stairwell and front lobby are cleaned weekly. The stairwell especially smells fresh and clean when it's done. The sidewalks, stairs, and driveway are salted and shoveled promptly when it snows. Looking forward to the next homeowner's meeting. Thanks mem Management for making our transition to first-time home ownership a smooth one!

As a newly-elected Board Director of my townhome association
As a newly-elected Board Director of my townhome association, I was looking to change property management in order to turn our association around. The Board interviewed several companies and selected mem Property Management based on the value, keeping the association updated with the latest technology (web-based communication, reports, and access of stored association documents), flexibility in working with an active Board, access to a resourceful team, and ability to handle large renovation projects (without added fees). Once hired, mem helped our association complete 4 major tasks. The first task was the selection of a new landscape company to plant and fix up the common areas, which paid immediate and noticeable dividend. The second task was to manage our balcony replacement project. This 146-unit, $370,000 project was successfully completed 1-month ahead of schedule and within the proposed budget. This was a huge success considering the project had been languishing for over 2yrs under the previous management and originally estimated at double the cost. The third task was to help the Board instill and reinforce our financial status. The fourth task was to help the association revamp the rules and regulation. In the 2-yr time that mem was hired to manage our association, all 4 tasks have been completed and the overall value of our association has increased with the completion of the balcony replacements and an aggressive buildup of our reserves so we are financially stable once again. While the active Board is credited for making much of the turn around a success, mem was an important partner to help facilitate and make it a reality.

Kim is wonderful to work with
Kim is wonderful to work with. She is very responsive via e-mail and extremely diplomatic and firm when it comes to resolving challenging complaints from property owners she manages. She was quick to get me the gate remote control so my tenants could move in smoothly. Managing an HOA is no easy task but Kim is up to the task!

I lived in a property which was managed by mem Management for four year. They were very accommodating, real people, who helped me along the way, weren't overwhelming or cold, and I recommend them highly.

I am a vendor who has worked with mem for several years.
I am a vendor who has worked with mem for several years. We are a large bank who does capital improvement loans, lockbox and homeowner payment processing. I have been very impressed with Marty and his team. They genuinely care about their clients and work very hard for their ultimate benefit. I would recommend mem Property Management to any HOA/COA without exception

I am writing this review as a homeowner who has been living in one of men property management's managed communities (here in Jersey City) since 1994, in general we find them very responsive to any and all questions, (from telephone or e-mail), and also their staff is very polite and professional. In addition (since I am an retired accountant) I find their accounting Department up to par and the financials reporting I receive (when asked) looks quite decent and in order with generally accepted accounting practice/principals in New jersey. So, as you see I am no new comer to the market place, and of course I highly recommend them to any and all communities in search of an excellent property management company.

All and all, I am very happy with mem's team and would recommend them to anyone.
We have used mem l Property Management for more than a year now (14 months to be exact), and the team there has exceeded my expectations. Matthew and Mary are super helpful when problems arise. They communicate clearly and timely as with regards to any issues. For examples, last year I had a leaky water heater that was actually difficult to find (hydronic). Matthew was able to find the right contact and fixed it promptly. Earlier this year we had issues with existing neighbor and the team was able to avoid any escalation and negotiated a solution. All and all, I am very happy with mem's team and would recommend them to anyone.

mem property management
We/I the Board of Directors of Birchwood Heights condominium Association hired mem property management approximately 6 years ago. After interviewing numerous property management companies, Taylor property management, RCP property management, access property management and others As a matter of fact, every year as part of our due diligence and fiduciary duty. We put the management contract out to bid and no one comes close to mem's, quality of service, integrity and overall attention to detail, not to mention their very aggressive pricing. I am a Board member that highly recommends mem property management
We have no complaints only praise for mem property management and the mess they got us out of from our previous management company. Finally, the books are all clean and easy to understand, phone calls are getting returned promptly, and now I can call myself a board member without getting harassed by the residents. We are a medium-size condominium Association in North Jersey of 190 townhomes and we've been using their services for 9 1/2 years now.
