Jaclyn Fulop is a board licensed physical therapist with more than ten years of clinical practice in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. Recognized as one of the top physical therapists in New Jersey, Jaclyn is the owner of Exchange Physical Therapy Group, a state-of-the-art PT clinic with locations in Jersey City, Weehawken, and Hoboken. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food and Exercise Science from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Florida A&M University. In 2019, Jaclyn was nominated by Governor Murphy and approved by the New Jersey Senate to serve as a member of the New Jersey State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. In her capacity as a board member, she is responsible for the regulation and oversight for all physical therapists across the state. An avid animal lover, Jaclyn serves as an executive board member for the Liberty Humane Society, one of the state’s largest animal shelters. With the Exchange Physical Therapy Group, she helped raise over $130,000 to launch the first low-cost mobile spay and neuter program for Hudson County. Dr. Paula Jordan is a staff physical therapist at Exchange Place Therapy Group. She holds a B.S. in Health Science Studies with a minor in Biomedical Sciences, in addition to her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 all from Quinnipiac University. During her graduate studies, Paula developed a user-friendly, evidence based resource providing information about common high school sports injuries and their prevention. Before beginning her career at EPTG, Paula had the opportunity to complete clinical affiliations at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in the burn unit, Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in both outpatient orthopedics and outpatient neurological rehabilitation, and Hospital for Special Surgery in outpatient pediatrics. Paula aspires to use her previous experience to provide the highest quality of patient care by incorporating positivity, compassion, and good work ethic with each and every individual.

Liz Wick is a staff Physical Therapist Assistant at Exchange Place Therapy Group. She received her PTA degree from CCAC in Pittsburgh, PA as well as her B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State. During her PTA education she had the opportunity of having clinical affiliations in a variety of settings within The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center health system. She maintains a professional membership with the American Physical Therapy Association.
